Terms of Service:• By purchasing a commission you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. If you don't agree, don't commission me.
• Please read it carefuly so there are no confusions.
• Any works made are not allowed to be used on AI, NFTs, or simmilar.
• The prices are a base, for more complex characters or backgrounds it may vary.
• If you want to inforce a deadline, an extra charge will be made.
• Any commission has a limit of 3 revisions (after the sketch is approved), if you desire to make an additional change a charge will be made.
• Once the sketch is complete the full payment must be done, there are no refunds after this point.
• Please be patient about updates, I will deliver the finished piece, and if there's any complication it will be communicated.Copyright/Usage policy:• If a work is planned to be used for commercial purposes, it must be said before the work is started. And adittional fee will be added.
• Once the piece is delivered, you might edit it or use it as you want, this does not include commercial rights if the piece wasn't made with this purpose.
• If you want to sell/make merchandise with a commission that wasn't made with that intention please write to me so we can come to an agreement.
• I reserve the right to post the commission and use it for self promotion in the future, this does not include selling it to other people/making merchandise without the permission of the original commissioner.Payment:• All payments are made through PayPal, the only exception is for Peru where the payments can be made via Yape.
• The payment can either be 50% before the commission is started, and the other 50% once the sketch is approved; or 100% upfront.
• The payment can be refunded befure the sketch is approved, however you can't use the sketches sent so other people complete it.References:
Here are some things to have in consideration when sending reference images for commissions:
• If the commission isn't NSFW, please try not to send NSFW references.
• If you are going to send a character sheet that doesn't have a color pallete, please don't send a shaded one.
• If you don't have a character sheet, try to at least send an image where the whole body can be seen, and another with flat colors.Work Flow:1) Sketch: I'll send a rogh draft so the pose and background can be determined, there are no change limits on this step; every image will have a watermark to avoid stealing.After this point you'll have only 2 changes (unless the change is a mistake I made), and no refunds will be made.2) Cleanup: This in two steps, first the clean lineart, and then the flat colors.3) Lights and Shadows: The basic shading for every character will be made.4) Finishing touches: The background and any details will be added to the piece.After this, I'll send you a .zip with the PNGs and .psd of the commission through filetransfer.io, or a drive folder if you have oneDo's and Dont's:• I'll draw NSFW for an aditional price (detailed on the comssion sheet).
• I won't draw any kinks I'm not comfortable with (just ask, I won't judge).
• I'll only draw simple machinery, no mechas.
• I'll do fanart and original characters, if won't draw an OC that isn't yours unless you can prove that you are friends or have permission (a chat screenshot should be enough).
